2012 Board Meetings
Butler Area Sewer Authority bills residential customers based on a flat rate structure. Customers are billed on a quarterly basis and bills are sent out at the beginning of the following months. January, April, July and October. Commercial and industrial accounts are billed on a monthly basis using water readings. For a complete residential billing rate schedule view the following link:
